Love at first sight!
Pale ale, strong, dry, infused with orange peel. Strong notes of citrus and ripe fruit. Pleasant floral and peppery hints. Smooth and decisive. Persistent, delicately sour.

The front half of the tongue is hit with an astringent citrusy sensation, but with a complete absence of bitterness in the throat. Very smooth beer, in the best tradition of Belgian brewing.
APPEARANCE:
White, compact and persistent foam; a straw yellow hue, free from suspended solids but with a yeast haze; soft carbonation.
BOUQUET:
Citrus notes, warm yellow flowers (dandelion, chamomile), almond and peaches in syrup.
AT THE TABLE
PAIRING:
Foods without oily sauces but hearty, smoked or salted such as mature montasio cheese and oysters, as the beer is only slightly hoppy.
GLASS:
Classic Bordeaux-type red wine glass.

THE NAME
We’ve crafted 32’s strong-flavoured blonde beer with women in mind, as they tend to prefer less bitter double malt beers. We took our inspiration for the name from a perfume. In 1936 Marcel Rochas created his “Audace” perfume. But it wasn’t a commercial success as it wasn’t widely publicised. It was then re-launched in 1971 and became famous. As Rochas said of his perfumes: "On doit respirer une femme avant même de la voir."
