Immediately striking for its white, compact and persistent foam; delicate carbonation. Amber colour, without suspended yeasts. Fine perlage.

It yields subtle aromas of white flowers, caramel and a slight spiciness to finish.

THE NAME
The Sky Disk of Nebra is a bronze disk inlaid with gold symbols. It dates back to the Bronze Age and depicts astronomical phenomena and religious symbols. The disk is considered the oldest depiction of the cosmos. It was found in the summer of 1999 in a recess on Mount Mittelberg, near the town of Nebra, in Germany. Since 2002 it has belonged to the Halle State Museum of Prehistory, Saxony-Anhalt. The disk is made of bronze and almost circular in shape, with a diameter of about 32 centimetres and it weighs about 2 kg.
