In the event that one or more products are damaged or do not correspond to the order placed, the buyer, only if he/she has previously noted the damage on the waybill/transport document or has accepted with reservation of inspection, must inform 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l. by email at info@32viadeibirrai.com within 3 (three) working days of delivery, also providing documentation, including photographs, relating to the damage or incorrect delivery, proof of which lies with the consumer. 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l. reserves the right to request the return of the damaged/incorrect goods at the consumer's expense, which must take place within 15 days of 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l.'s request, under penalty of losing the right to replacement or refund. 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l. Once the damage or incorrect delivery has been verified, 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l. will, at its own expense, replace the damaged/incorrect products no later than 30 days from the date of delivery or notification, or, if this is not possible, refund the purchaser. If the customer contacts Customer Service after the third business day, 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l. will have the right to open a case for the possible replacement of the damaged/incorrect goods. Deliveries are made only within Italy.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt of the goods. This right must be exercised by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l., Via Cal Lusent 41, 31040 Pederobba (TV). The communication may also be sent in advance, within the same term, by email to info@32viadeibirrai.com or by fax to 0423 64691, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following forty-eight (48) hours. The goods must be returned to 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l. intact, in unaltered condition and complete with the original packaging, at the consumer's expense no later than 15 days from the communication of withdrawal. 32 Via dei birrai S.r.l. will refund the sums paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the registered letter and in any case not before having received the goods and checked the condition of the goods subject to withdrawal. The costs and risks associated with returning the products will be borne by the consumer. It should be noted that EU legislation provides that the right of withdrawal may be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, CANNOT be exercised by legal entities or individuals acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by resellers or by individuals who, for any reason, purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. It should also be noted that, in the case of prize-based promotions, in which the purchase of one good is combined with another good that is sold at a negligible price or even given away, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both purchased goods, given the requirement that the promotional good is complementary to the first.
