Birra bianca (5.8% vol. alc.) con orzo e farro, coriandolo e scorza d'arancia. Profumata, rinfrescante, con un po di corpo, stilisticamente vicina alle "bianche" belghe.

Refreshing, slightly acidic (due to the spices), delicately tempered by the softness of the malt and hops. A smooth, medium-bodied ale but slightly fuller than similar products in the same category.

White, compact, thin yet persistent foam. Straw yellow colour with a coppery hue, free from suspended solids but with a slight yeast haze; soft carbonation.
BOUQUET:
Floral with hints of exotic fruit. A slight citrus acidity and notes of straw, hay and bread dough.
